T20 match changed against Australia, now it will be here on this day

The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) had expressed its inability to host the first match of the series on February 24 for security reasons. He had requested the BCCI to change the date, which was accepted by the members of the Governing Council (COA) Vinod Rai and Diana Edulji. That's why the date of the match was rescheduled.

It is a matter of fact that on the 24th of February in Bengaluru, the 'Aero India Show' will be held in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present. Due to this program, police officials expressed their inability to provide security to KSCA. KSCA wrote to BCCI's acting secretary Amitabh Chaudhary about this, which he sent to the COA.

COA chief Rai told PTI, "This is a real reason why KSCA could not hold the match on the said date (February 24). The acting secretary sent me a request for exchange of dates with Visakhapatnam T-20 International, which I have approved.

The Aussie will play two T-20 Internationals and five ODIs on a three-week tour. The T-20 matches will be played in Visakhapatnam on 24 February and 27 February in Bangalore, ODIs in Hyderabad (March 2), Nagpur (March 5) Ranchi (March 8), Mohali (March 10) and New Delhi (March 13).
