Have You Used 'Google Pay', App for cash transactions? The Reserve Bank of India runs the Google Pay Operations without any official verification.

The petition was filed in the Delhi High Court saying that this payment is not registered by the Reserve Bank of India officially and is officially registered.

A petition filed by Abhijit Mishra in Delhi High Court said that the Google App Payments and Settlements violated the law and that the app has no valid certification from the central bank to make transfer.
Furthermore, on 20 Mar 19, the RBI has released the Official Payment System Operators list in the list of official online payments operators, in which Google Pay not listed.
Mishra's petition has questioned the RBI's questioning of how the Google Pay App works without official verification. The Delhi High Court had issued notices to the RBI and Google to give their response on the petition.
